Dr Neha Bhalla is a dermatologist whose practice rests on a simple conviction — the goal of care is not to keep patients coming back, but to make them well.
She completed her MD in Dermatology at the MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Mumbai, after earning her medical degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. Her postgraduate years were shaped by Dr Hemangi Jerajani, who taught her not only the science of the skin but the art of compassionate care.
After training alongside Dr Satish Udare and serving as a senior dermatologist and cosmetologist at Kaya Skin Clinic in Mumbai and Chandigarh, she founded Grow and Glow in 2021 — to practise medicine the way she always believed it should be done.
